1. Awareness
Always the first step to learning, because until we’re aware, there isn’t anything we can DO about anything.

2. Acceptance
You can fight it, or deny it, if you want to… but nevertheless,

3. Action (or NOT!)
Here’s where our choices come in. Now that you know, and you know that you know, what are you going to DO about it… if anything? Doing nothing is always one of the choices (and often a good one… though I think most guys think otherwise).
